**Direct EPF Statutory Correction – September 2026** Due to certain conflicting conditions in the revised ₹25,000 EPF limit for September 2026, a new **Direct Statutory Entry** facility has been provided to correct EPF calculations where required. For a small number of employees, normally up to **10–15 records**, use: **Data Maintenance → Direct Statutory Entry → Manual Edit** For a larger number of employees, use: **Uploader → Data Maintenance → Direct Statutory** **Important:** After making the required corrections through Direct Statutory Entry, **do not recalculate the salary**, otherwise the normal salary calculation may overwrite the corrected values with the default calculation. For Excel-based correction, users are advised to **retain the uploaded Excel file until the end of the month**. If any further correction is required, the same file can be updated and uploaded again.

EPFO Wage Ceiling Revision w.e.f. 17/09/2026 :For Sep-2026 salary, EPF will be split: 01-16 Sep: old ceiling Rs.15,000 17-30 Sep: new ceiling Rs.25,000 Enter 17-30 Sep paid days in FH/NFH, where required. For employees becoming pension member from 17/09/2026, keep Pension Status "No" in Sep and make it "Yes" from Oct-2026. Update Setup -> Company: FPS Wage Rs.19667, Pension Amt Rs.1638, EDLI Rs.19667. New Salary Register with Statutory Deductions Summary is now available under Salary Register → Client → Statutory Summary.

Improved EPF and ESI Statement reports with smarter Department, Branch and Location-wise address and establishment number display, including automatic fallback to company registration details where required.

Improved address display in Reports → Month → Total. Department, Branch, and Location addresses are now shown correctly in the respective reports.

The Full & Final Settlement feature is now available under Reports → Month → Full & Final.

Form D – Register of Equal Remuneration is now available under Reports → Labour Acts → Equal Remuneration.

Contract Labour – Form D Muster Roll The prescribed Muster Roll – Form D under the Contract Labour Act is now available in the software under Reports → Labour Acts → Contract Labour → Muster Roll – Form D.

Annual Leave, EPF, ESI, Bonus, Factory, Gratuity, and Haryana LWF reports have been updated and are working correctly. In case of any issue with these reports, please contact our office.

Entering employee dates (Birth, Joining, Leaving) is now simplified. Use Data Maintenance → Attendance → Joining and Left. Employee records are auto-filtered from the previous month’s salary data. No need to switch months—just enter the desired month and year in the respective columns, and the relevant data will be displayed for quick entry.

The calculation for Haryana Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) has been revised from Rs. 31 to Rs. 34, effective from 01.01.2025. This change has been implemented in the software and will be effective from March 2025. Therefore, arrears for two months (January and February 2025) will be paid with the salary for March 2025

Bilingual i.e. Payslip in ENGLISH and HINDI is generated under Section Payslip->Bilingual
